Connect WordPress

Install the Access402 WordPress plugin and connect it with one installation-scoped key.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.2 or newer.
  • PHP 7.4 or newer.
  • HTTPS for a production site.
  • An Access402 project with its assigned Coinbase wallet.

Create the installation

In Dashboard → Installations, create a WordPress installation for the site. Generate a connection key and copy both the installation ID and API key.

The API key is displayed only when it is created or rotated. Store it in the WordPress plugin; do not put it in theme JavaScript, page content, logs, or source control.

Install the plugin

Download the current adapter ZIP from Access402. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the ZIP, activate it, and open Access402 → Connection.

Paste the installation ID and API key, select Sandbox, then choose Save and Verify Connection.

Verify the connection

A successful verification shows the installation, project, network, authorized site, wallet, and last verification time. The same installation ID and key remain in place when switching between Sandbox and Live.
